Tervetuloa mukaan 10 päivän ohjelmaan, joka auttaa parantamaan unen laatua ja lisäämään hyvinvointia! Jokainen päivä tarjoaa selkeän teeman ja pienet, mutta vaikuttavat harjoitukset, joiden avulla opit tunnistamaan kehosi ja mielesi tarpeet.
Ohjelman aikana keskitymme muun muassa uneen, ruokailutottumuksiin, stressinhallintaan ja myönteisen mielen vahvistamiseen. Tavoitteena on löytää yksinkertaisia tapoja, jotka voit helposti ottaa osaksi omaa arkeasi – jotta tunnet olosi levänneeksi, rauhalliseksi ja energiseksi joka päivä.
Tavoite: Antaa selkeitä harjoitteita ja helppoja vinkkejä 10 päivän ajan keskittyen uneen ja hyvinvointiin.
